Our story.

I founded UMAYE because I saw the cost of poor property decisions—emotionally and financially. When my mum sold our family home after divorce, she didn’t have the right support. The wrong advice led to rushed decisions, lost money, and deep exhaustion. That experience shaped my mission: to help others make clear, strategic moves that protect both their future and their peace of mind.

My mum is my role model. She showed resilience and quiet strength in the face of uncertainty—and I bring that same clarity, care, and conviction to every client I work with.

I have helped 750 + clients, beginning in a high-performance sales environment as an assistant at McGrath in the early 2000s, I’ve guided clients through multimillion-dollar upsizes, off-market wins, sensitive estate sales, and fresh starts after separation, loss, or life’s next chapter.

As a three-time REINSW Buyers Agent of the Year finalist, I’m dedicated to excellence. I’m also proud to have been on the board and co-developed a coaching program at Head Start Homes, helping women transition from social housing to homeownership.
